Login support on Business Mobile App

Please get in touch with Etisalat Business Care to create your access on the Business Mobile App.

Click Here to visit the App store and download the Etisalat Business Mobile App.

If you are the authorized contact of your company, enter your username/Email and Password and click the on the Sign In button.

If you are an individual user simply put in your Etisalat mobile number, enter the One Time Password you will receive and log in to your account.

  1. Click Here to open the app and click on "Forgot?" link.
  2. Enter your Username and click continue. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
  3. Enter the correct OTP and you will be able to reset your password.

If you have an account on Etisalat Business Mobile App and did not receive an OTP or if you don’t have an account then please get in touch with Etisalat business care.

Manage Accounts on Business Mobile App

Updating your company’s documents is not available on the Business Mobile App. Please contact your Etisalat Business Care or visit the Etisalat Business Center.

Admins can view the usage details for each of their company accounts by tapping on an account from the overview page. They will then be directed to the usage details page on the App where they can see the relevant subscription details, usage and billing.

Individual users can check their usage details from the home page of the App. They can scroll through the tabs above to see their subscription usage, details and billing.

Ecommerce on Business Mobile App

Once you log in to the App (Admin only) click on the "Shop" tab found on the right menu bar, then select Mobile Plans and follow the steps to buy a new Mobile Line.

No, currently all add-ons on the Business Mobile App are auto renewal packages.

Make sure to delete it before the end of the month to avoid extra charges.

Yes, the benefits and charges will be prorated for local add-ons.

All add-ons activated in Mobile App are auto-renewal. Make sure to delete it before the end of the month to avoid extra charges.

However, it will not affect the benefits and it will still be available till the end of the month.

Billing & Payments on Business Mobile App

Pay online for single or up to 10 accounts in one go using your Debit/Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) Admins can filter and select up to 10 accounts per transaction and Individual users can pay for their own bill through the App

Yes, you can download bills for individual accounts. Select an account from the overview page to locate the “Billing” tab in the account details page.

Next, tap on “View Bill Details” to view your current month’s outstanding payment, download & pay for your bill.

No, you cannot create a New Summary bill account, however, you can view your summary bill details. Simply tap on the right menu section and select "Summary Bill"

If you are unable to see your Summary bill, please contact Etisalat Business Care for support.

The past 6 months bills are available for all your accounts in the Business Mobile App.
