• You can subscribe to a maximum of 3 extra Home Zone services within your villa or apartment
• Home Zone service is limited to a single premise and cannot be extended beyond the home or villa to a separate building.
• Only Etisalat routers and devices will be used as part of the Home Zone service. However, the routers will be replaced, free of cost if any damage occurs (due to Etisalat’s problem) during the first 2-year period post subscription
• The one-time charge of AED 150 for the service survey is waived when the customer proceeds with the Full Home WiFi installation.
• The WiFi coverage and signal throughput is on a best effort basis as there are many external factors that can influence these measures.

This service comes with 2 year contract period, an exit fee per zone of AED 500 will be charged if you cancel the service during the first year of subscription and the exit fee per zone will be AED 250 if the cancellation is during the second year from subscription

• Promotion is applicable on New subscriptions to the Home Zone service during the promotion period.
• Customers will enjoy 12 months FREE rental fees, after that will start paying the normal monthly subscription fee AED 29/month (VAT included)
• The 12-month free subscription will start after the month of activation, meaning the onboarding month will be paid pro-rated.
