What is required to move

  • Share the address of your new residence.
  • Select your move-out date to disconnect your eLife services.
  • Pick a preferred date for a technician to install eLife at your new home.
  • Submit your request and leave the rest to us.

Moving to a New Address?

Please take your wireless router (Wi-Fi) and TV decoder (set-top box) and their cables to your new location. Our technician will require this equipment to install your eLife connection.

It’s the date when you will be moving out of your old home. All services will be disconnected starting from that date.

It’s the date when you will be moving into your new home. Our technician will install Etisalat services on this date at the new location.

Make sure to take your home telephone, wireless router (Wi-Fi), TV box and their cables to your new home. Our technician will need this equipment to install your eLife connection.

Please do not take the ONT device as it’s building related.

You can find the Etisalat ID (EID) in the entrance or telephone room of your building.

Makani number is a unique identifier for each building. You can find your 10-digit Makani number in the entrance of your building.

You will be charged AED 150 (excluding 5% VAT) for standard installation. 

No, the charges will be added to your next bill(s).
