Step 1: Remove SIM from the envelope and insert it in the SIM slot at the back of the router.
Step 2: Connect the router to a power source, and wait for the power indicator to light up.
Step 3: Connect your devices to the Wi-Fi router using the password at the back of the router.
For better performance, place the router near a window and away from any electric equipment.
You can relocate the Home Wireless (SIM card) once in a single month with no extra charge by calling 101. Subsequent moves will be charged AED 100 per instance in the same month.

Home Wireless Premium offers you premium TV content on STARZPLAY, GoChat with unlimited internet & an optional 5G Plug-n-Play router.
Home Wireless is a limited service mobility. Once you subscribe, we will provide you with a SIM card and/or router. You need to insert it in our router, or any data enabled router/device of your choice.
For Home Wireless Advance & Premium we offer an optional 5G Plug-n-Play router at no extra charge.
Once the service is activated, the service is locked to your home location, you may relocate (release the lock / change location) by calling 101.
In case you decide to terminate your contract before the end of your contract duration, you'll be charged as follows:
One standard monthly charge (AED 399 for any of the Home Wireless Plan) and router instalments (if applicable) for the remaining months as per the contract period.
For Home Wireless Advance, the promotional monthly price of AED 199 will be available for 12 months only. After that, it will be changed to AED 399.
For Home Wireless Premium, the promotional monthly price of AED 299 will be available for 24 months only. After that, it will be changed to AED 399.
If at any time the Customer cannot be connected to a 5G network, the Customer will be automatically connected to a 4G network.

The bill is calculated from 1st of each month till the end of the month. If the subscription is made in the middle of the month, rental charges are calculated on pro-rating basis.
