    Activate, Transfer or Replace your eSIM

    1. Log into the e& UAE App with UAE PASS on the device you wish to activate the eSIM
    2. Tap on ‘Manage’
    3. Pick the SIM you want to convert/transfer
    4. Select SIM card
    5. Select ‘Replace SIM/Switch to eSIM’
    6. Select SIM type as eSIM

    1. Sign into your new iPhone with the same Apple ID as your old iPhone and go to Settings > Cellular
    2. Tap the mobile number of the existing iPhone and then tap ‘Add Cellular Plan’
    3. Log in with your e& UAE credentials and go to ‘Transfer eSIM’
    4. Tap ‘Next’ when the system informs you that the eSIM will be deleted from the old iPhone

    *AED 25 (excluding VAT) will be charged

    1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone
    2. Start pairing your Apple Watch with your iPhone
    3. Select 'Cellular Setup'
    4. Log in using your e& UAE App’s credentials
    5. Accept the terms and conditions
    6. You will receive an SMS once the eSIM activation is complete
