Etisalat offers Smart Home indoor and outdoor security monitoring services which will let you monitor your home remotely with just the touch of a button.
Soon Etisalat will be introducing other Smart Home services including Smart energy electricity and water management, Smart gardening and home automation.
Etisalat Smart Home monitoring service is an add-on on top of your eLife account. With our cameras, you can monitor your home from anywhere in the world wirelessly, view your home in darkness with night vision, get alerted in case of any motion detection and hear and talk to people.
You can subscribe to our Smart Home services by simply visiting any of the nearest Etisalat stores.
Etisalat’s Smart Home provides a complete monitoring solution including free device installation and after sales support delivered to your doorstep (for the duration of 36 months starting from the date of subscription).
Yes, you can add multiple monitoring services to your account but please remember that you will be charged for each of them separately.
A monthly charge of AED 29/month will apply once you subscribe to Smart Home indoor or outdoor monitoring service.

In case of unavailability of necessary Ethernet ports on your eLife router to connect your cameras, additional power over Ethernet switch will be required to complete the installation. Charges for this option will be:

Yes, in case you decide to end the service before 36 months, an exit charge will apply. The amount will be equivalent to the monthly instalment multiplied by the remaining months from the 36 months.
Our technician will help you in setting up ‘Ring App’ on your devices which will let you view and control your camera stream.
You can set up the app by following these simple steps:
1. Open the Ring app and create an account
2. Select the device you are planning to set up
3. Name your device and confirm your location
4. Put the Ring camera into Setup Mode (click on the orange button)
5. Connect to the Ring’s broadcasted Wi-Fi signal
6. Go back to the Ring app and select your home Wi-Fi
7. Enter the password
8. Your app is now ready to use
First, you will need to make sure that you are subscribed to Ring video recording service (Ring Protect Plan). Then, you will be able to store all of your videos to your Ring account for up to 60 days.
No, you need to have an eLife account to subscribe to Smart Home services from Etisalat.
