Head to ‘My Account’, click on ‘Sign In’ and login with UAE PASS.
On the dashboard, go to ‘Quick Access’ and select ‘Mobile Registration Renewal’
Select the accounts you wish to renew and continue
Follow instructions to request document sharing and confirm on the UAE PASS app
Enter your primary contact details, agree to the T&Cs and submit renewal request

The digital registration process through UAE Pass only takes a couple of minutes, following which the renewal request will generally be approved within 2 hours.
However, if you wish to renew your EID through card scan, your request will generally be approved within 24 hours.
Yes, you do not need to renew from the phone using that specific mobile number. You can log in to your account via My Etisalat UAE app from any mobile device and complete the registration process for all accounts under your primary account Party ID .
Yes, you can renew your EID by logging in to My Etisalat UAE app and manually scanning and uploading the front and back of your Emirates ID. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Etisalat by e& centre to renew your EID registration or get further assistance.
You can renew your EID by manually scanning and uploading the front and back of your Emirates ID. If you do not remember your username and/or password or have trouble signing in, you can simply select the ‘Having Trouble’ option on the login screen and follow the instructions.
