To listen to your message outside of the UAE+97180, followed by the mailbox number. On hearing the greetings, press the # key, then press your password, followed by the # key.

The password is a secret number that protects the security and privacy of your messages and mailbox, and allows access to authorised people only. Whenever you access your mailbox from another telephone, the system prompts you to enter the password.

When you are setting up your mailbox, the system will give you an option to create a password, 4 to 6 digits long. You should remember your password, and you can change it anytime.

You can apply for a new password by visiting your nearest etisalat Business Centre or outlet, with a valid identity document. The old password will be deactivated and a you will get a new 4-digit password. You can change it to a 6-digit password through the mailbox set-up menu.
