    Renewing your Emirates ID just got easier

    Before you begin, please ensure that you have the following:

    My Etisalat UAE app

    You have My Etisalat UAE app installed on your phone

    Emirates ID

    have your physical EID card handy

    My Etisalat UAE app login credentials

    How to renew My Etisalat account

    Click on EID Renewal

    Click on ‘Update your Emirates ID’ on your app homepage

    Select scan option

    Select ‘Scan your Emirates ID’ if you do not wish to renew your EID through UAE Pass

    Select accounts to renew

    Select the accounts for which you wish to renew your EID

    Scan your card

    Scan the front and back of your EID and upload the images

    Review details and submit request

    Enter your primary contact details, agree to the T&Cs, and submit the renewal request

    How To Renew

    Verifying and maintaining a valid Emirates ID is a mandate by the UAE Government. A non-renewal may result in suspension and disconnection of linked mobile numbers/accounts.

    To renew your registration, use any of the following 3 channels:

    • Etisalat by e& website
    • Outlets & payment machines*

    *People of determination and government/business entities should renew their registration at outlets & payment machines only
