End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you (“User”) and Parental Control Home or Mobile   and governs your use of this Parental Control Home or Mobile   application (“App”) which is made available via Google Play and Apple App Store. By installing or using this App, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the App. This Agreement should be read together with the Parental Control Home or Mobile   PRIVACY POLICY TERMS

Limitations: In order to ensure the smooth functioning and integrity of the App you must (i) refrain from modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App, unless expressly permitted by applicable laws. We understand that certain legal restrictions may apply, and we trust you will respect them. Additionally, creating derivative works based on the App is also not permitted. (ii) You must also refrain from placing the App on a server that allows public network access. This is to safeguard the privacy and security of the App, as well as maintain its optimal performance.

Limited License: Parental Control Home or Mobile grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Parental Control Home or Mobile   App. You may only use the Parental Control Home or Mobile App on mobile devices that you own as your personal or family devices.

License for Multiple Users: In accordance with the specified terms and conditions, if you have obtained a license to use the APP for multiple users, Parental Control Home or Mobile   grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to install and utilize the App on multiple devices. It is important to note that the number of users utilizing the App must not exceed the licensed number specified.

Warranty Disclaimer: The App is given to you on "as is" basis with no warranties, representations, guarantees or conditions of any nature whatsoever, express or implied, including any this includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of fitness for a specific purpose, satisfaction, or merchantability, title or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you or affect you. You might also have different legal rights depending on where you are. Ultimately, it's up to you to take on all the risks regarding the App's quality and performance. This warranty disclaimer is a crucial part of this agreement.

Intellectual Property: The App, which is being provided to you, is not available for sale and shall remain the sole property of Parental Control Home or Mobile   Secure. e& retains all rights, title, and interest in the App, including any backup copies, modifications, corrections, revisions, enhancements, or upgrades, as well as all connected intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks. These rights are and shall remain with e&. You are granted a limited right of use strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. 

Performance Evaluation: It is important to note that you are not permitted to engage in testing or benchmarking of Parental Control Home or Mobile, nor disclose or publish any testing or benchmark results without prior written consent from e&. 

Maintenance and Support: While Parental Control Home or Mobile provides minimal maintenance or support for the Parental Control Home or Mobile App, we are not obligated to furnish any maintenance.

Termination: Parental Control Home or  Mobile reserves the right to terminate this license at any time, at its sole discretion. Upon the termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from all devices.
