Reserve Credit

Reserve Credit allows you to borrow mobile credit of up to AED 50 whenever you run out of credit, and use this to make voice calls, SMSs (local and international), or buy a Non-stop Silver data plan
When you recharge your line, the amount of reserve credit used will be automatically deducted from the recharge amount.

You can avail this service if you’ve been a prepaid user for a minimum of 3 months, with a usage of at least AED 10/month

You can subscribe to Reserve Credit by dialling *108*1#.

Credit transfer

This service lets you transfer credit locally from one prepaid or postpaid mobile number to another prepaid number by dialling *100*mobile number*transfer amount#.

This service is available to all active prepaid and postpaid accounts. No registration or subscription is required.

Open the Phone app, type the following code and press the green call button:

*100*mobile number*transfer amount#

For e.g., if you want to transfer AED 13 to mobile number 050 123 4567, you need to call the following code:

*100*0501234567*13#

You can transfer credit to any number in the world by texting the international number with the country code to 1700 and following the instructions.

After sending the credit transfer command, you will receive a message confirming the transaction and requesting you to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel.
