Yes, you can set a bill limit any time by simply visiting the My Etisalat UAE app, clicking on “Bill & Payment”, and selecting “Set bill limit” option. You can change your bill limit three times a month.
When you reach your bill limit, you will not be able to make calls or send messages. When you attempt to make an outgoing call, you will receive an error message informing you that you don’t have enough balance. You can always increase your bill limit via the My Etisalat UAE app.

When a service is activated in the middle of your billing cycle, you are only charged for the time you use it rather than for a complete month. This is called pro rata.
If you subscribe to a service that costs AED 150/month on the 15th of the month, your next bill will include a pro rata charge as follows:
● AED 150/30 days = AED 5 (cost of service/day)
● AED 5 x 15 days = AED 75 (cost of the service x the remaining days of the month)
Bills that are not paid will not be charged with late payment fees. But any delay in settling your dues will result in service interruption.
