Exclusive 2-year warranty

The Smart TV device provided as part of the service are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. The TV devices are not returnable nor exchangeable except as permitted under the terms and conditions of the Smart TV device warranty policy.

Samsung Guard

Service activation under Samsung Smart Upgrade – TV Guard is mandatory for the purchase of the All-In TV Service. The Smart TV application (Samsung Smart Upgrade) may activate the TV Service functionality restriction upon occurrence of events such as delayed payment, irregular or unavailable internet connectivity on Smart TV, or Smart TV repair or reset or denial of software service and software updates. When activated, the restriction shall disable the use of the Smart TV except for the ability to change internet connectivity settings.

As part of the service, access to and capture of the Smart TV device serial number into the Samsung Guard portal is required.

All-In TV by e&, a first-of-its-kind service in the MENA region that bundles a latest-generation Samsung Smart TV with popular streaming services in one simple monthly plan, consolidated on the customer’s e& UAE bill.

The offer includes an extended two-year warranty, free delivery and professional installation, and the option to upgrade during the last month of contract through an easy trade-in path

This service will be supported by Samsung Guard the TV will be locked remotely in case of non-payment and will be activated once outstanding balance is cleared

Customers can subscribe to the service through any channel, TV will be delivered and installed by e& professional team. Samsung Guard will be activated during onboarding and TV serial number to be captured by e&.

Existing or new postpaid customers are eligible to add this service to their account, system to perform eligibility check to see if the customer has an eligible account. (credit facility rules should apply)

e& fleet team to perform the delivery and installation for the All-In TV devices within 24 hours of service request. During the visit, staff will scan the TV serial number and Samsung Guard is activated part of on-boarding of the Samsung Account after customer accepts T&Cs of the service

OTT activation process to be shared with customer with registration SMS/email

OTT Services have a fixed validity of 24 months from the Service Activation Date, regardless of when the Customers complete the account activation on any OTT platform.

The Customer can only have one active “All-in TV” by e& OTT rate plan RP  for the same OTT.

In case the Customers are subscribing for more than one Smart TV bundle under the same eLife account or same mobile account; they will only get the OTT benefits for one of their bundles and for the rest no OTT benefits will be activated for their account.

If the Customers want to subscribe to multiple “All-in TV” by e& models, they need to add the subscription to different account number to avail the OTTs.

OTT Services activation instructions will be communicated to the Customer via SMS and/or email.

Each OTT platform may apply its own usage, access and content policies which the Customer must comply with.

OTT Services shall remain active only while the main smart pay Service is active. If the primary Service Agreement expires, or is terminated early, or is suspended for non-payment, the OTT Service(s) shall cease accordingly.

Activation links to be sent to the customer via SMS/email

On month 24, the customer is allowed to request upgrade/downgrade service. Once new TV is requested, e& fleet team will proceed to deliver and install the new TV at the same visit of inspection and collecting of old TV

Old TV will be collected by e& fleet team and no extra compensation will be shared with customer

Customers will receive notification messages through different channels starting the month 23 to remind the customer of the upgrade/downgrade option during the month 24 with a link to a dedicated page where the details for the current TV are shown along with the options for new TVs

A step-by-step guide for customers is displayed to check if their current TV is eligible for the upgrade/downgrade

Customer consent is collected for the disclaimer that if the TV turned out to be defected and doesn’t qualify for upgrade/downgrade, customer will be charged AED 150 (fleet team visit charges)

Sales request is created for the new TV order, and e& fleet team will proceed to deliver and install new TV while inspecting/collecting old TV in the same visit if old TV is found eligible

Samsung Guard is a feature provided by Samsung which locks and unlock the TV remotely based on triggers from e& systems.

At the time of installation, e& fleet team will capture the TV serial number to activate the Samsung Guard, and customer is requested to acknowledge the T&Cs at the time of on-barding
