Xbox All Access - Terms and Conditions

  • The Xbox All Access service is sold to the Customer with 0% interest for 24 months, VAT included, no shopping cost, free of handling, documentation or filling fee.
  • Upfront deposit may be required depending on Customer’s credit status with Etisalat and it will be shown in the final purchase screen.
  • The subscription is with a 24 months’ commitment, in case of cancellation all remaining installments will have to be settled in full.
  • The Xbox game console, in original sealed packaging, is not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturer default or damage.
  • Warranty: console is under a 1 year limited hardware warranty (90 days for controller/accessories) regardless of length of financing. (Microsoft Limited Hardware Warranty: https://support.microsoft.com/warranty).
  • This product is sold as an add-on to mobile and fixed postpaid lines only and is subject to eligibility rules as per Etisalat customer credit policy.
  • To redeem the 24 months benefits from Microsoft, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Customer shall first sign up to Microsoft's terms (see product terms at Xbox.com/XboxAllAccessTerms) in respect of the consoles and/or services, as applicable and as may be updated from time to time by Microsoft at its discretion.
  • Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is for 24-month subscription; game catalogue varies over time, by region and, by device.
  • Internet access is required to activate the Xbox All Access service.
