This Shahid VIP subscription offer entitles the customer to get access to 3 months of Shahid VIP package (the “Offer”) in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain (the “Territory”) who have purchased and activated Galaxy S23 Series, Galaxy Z Fold4, Z Flip4 (“Device(s)”) from Samsung authorized stores in the Territory.
The Offer is available to customers from 16th Feb to 31st December 2023.
In order to redeem the Offer, the customer is required to go to Samsung Members application on their device and download a coupon code which they can redeem at https://shahid.mbc.net/en/widgets/redeem-voucher .
The customer understand that Samsung shall not be liable to him/her for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, that he/she may suffer from, or which may arise out of the participation in this Offer or the inability redeem it.
Samsung shall be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Offer Period.
Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the customer using the Offer, shall be governed by the laws of the country where the customer is resident within the Territory, and shall be resolved by the competent courts in that country.
