e& Smart living Monitoring Service is an add-on service on top of your eLife account. (only elife 2p lite& 3p Service are eligible to subscribe).

Other additional charges might be applicable as follows
- In case of unavailability of necessary Ethernet ports on your eLife router to connect your cameras, additional Power over Ethernet switch will be required to complete the installation. Charges for the POE switch of AED 350.
- If required, extended cable for the outdoor cameras at AED 50 per camera.
- In case you wish to install cameras outside the Wi-Fi coverage range, an extended Wi-Fi coverage solution i.e eLife Home Zone service will be required to complete the installation.
Yes, you can add multiple e& monitoring services to your account and each will be charged saperately.

No, you need to have an eLife account to be able to subscribe to Smart living service from e&.
In case of early termination before the 36 months, an exit charge will apply. The exit charge amount will be equivalent to the monthly rental multiplied by the remaining months from the 36 months.
You will continue enjoying the free subscription to the Protect Lifetime Basic Plan (Video recording) and the 3-year warranty on the device.
Ring cameras will be shifted to the new home by e&’s technician at the time of shifting the eLife service.
