Free Home Wi-Fi Surveys: AED 150 service survey fee will be waived if the service installation occurs on the same tech visit.
Network Setup: Our Etisalat by e& field engineers will plan your home Wi-Fi network and design it for the right number of Access Points.
Approved Equipment: Only Etisalat-approved routers and devices are to be used.
Free Replacements: Free replacement of Fibre mesh router units for first 2 years, excluding purposeful tampering or damage.
Monthly Charges: AED 129/month per Fibre to the Room service (5% VAT excl.) , covering devices, fibre connections, and installation.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly auto-renewed once subscribed.
Cancelation: to unsubscribe anytime via call center, retail stores, or My Etisalat UAE app. Keep devices/routers after cancellation.
Cancellation Fee: AED 1,000 if you cancel the service within the first 2 years of subscription.
