• The initiative will be valid until the 16th of Feb, 2023
• This will be applicable for all e& mobile customers in UAE (Consumer & Business)
• Free minutes are capped at 1000 minutes during the campaign validity
• Free Minutes have higher priority over any existing bundled minutes
• For Roaming only the below scenarios would be covered
  • Incoming Calls during Roaming in Syria and Turkey
  • Outgoing Calls during Roaming (only to UAE and within Syria and Turkey)
  • No cap on minutes during roaming
