1 - How to renew with UAE PASS
Login with UAE Pass
Head to ‘My Account’, click on ‘Sign In’ and login with UAE PASS.
Select ‘Mobile Registration Renewal’
On the dashboard, go to ‘Quick Access’ and select ‘Mobile Registration Renewal’
Select an account
Select an account you want to renew your new Emirates ID.
Approve document sharing in the UAE PASS app
Follow instructions to request document sharing and confirm on the UAE PASS app
Review details & submit request
Enter primary contact details, agree to the T&Cs and submit renewal request.
2 - How to renew with Face Recognition
Login with OTP
Verify your identity by entering OTP sent to your registered number.
Select ‘Mobile Registration Renewal’
On the dashboard, go to ‘Quick Access’ and select ‘Mobile Registration Renewal’
Select an account
Select an account you want to renew your new Emirates ID.
Document and facial verification
Upload or scan your document (front and back) and allow camera access for the facial scanning.
Face scan authentication
Follow the instructions to complete your facial scanning.
Review details & submit request
Enter primary contact details, agree to the T&Cs and submit renewal request.
