The applicable cancellation charges are 1-month rent (maximum of AED 1000) for the eLife Ultra Starter plan and any remaining device charges. For eLife Ultra Sports and eLife Ultra Fusion plans, it is 1.5 (one and half month’s rent) and any remaining device charges.
For details on the calculation of these charges, please refer to the terms and conditions in your application.
Any remaining device charges are the only applicable cancellation charges for you.
Once your commitment period ends, you will be automatically moved to the no-commitment option, and the discount of AED 25/month will no longer apply. There will be no change to your benefits.
It’s simple to renew your commitment after it expires at any point in time to enjoy the discount of AED 25/month. To do this send renewal by SMS from your registered mobile number to 1012 or through My Etisalat UAE mobile app.
You will receive your monthly eBill on your registered email address along with an SMS reminder within the first three days of every month.
