As a part of the Family Plan, the Family Head can also opt in to a host of Family Services via My Etisalat UAE app.

After the promotional period, the monthly charges for the digital service will automatically be charged to the Family Head’s bill.

The Family Head can cancel the digital service subscription (except for Xbox All Access) at any time and will only be liable to pay for the charges until the month of cancellation.

For Xbox All Access subscriptions, if the Family Head unsubscribes before the end of the 2-month period, exit charges with the remaining amount will apply.

The promotional benefit is once-in-a-lifetime benefit per Family. Once availed, it won’t be offered again.

On cancellation of Family Plan, the digital service will also be cancelled.
