• Log on to e& UAE App
• send a cancellation SMS as below:
  • New Freedom 200 & 225 plans, send SMS: CC A50 to 1012
  • New Freedom 325 & 375 plans, send SMS: CC B50 to 1012
  • New Freedom 600 & 700 plans, send SMS: CC C50 to 1012

You will receive SMS notification upon successful cancellation.
