Simply use any of the following methods to subscribe or unsubscribe to a range of add-ons (Data Booster, Roaming add-ons, Internet Calling Plan, and other services.

• By visiting any etisalat Business Centres or outlet
• By calling 101

If your existing postpaid plan has a minimum commitment that hasn’t been fulfilled, you will need to settle the relevant early contract exit charges prior to migration to the Freedom plan.

If your plan has no minimum term, you can migrate your existing plan to a Freedom plan of your choice. Please note that if you have a preferred number on your existing plan, it will not carry over to the new plan.

Upon completion of initial 12 months commitment, no contract renewal will be required. Customer will continue on same subscribed plan at same monthly rental with no commitment.

If your Freedom plan has a 12-month minimum commitment period, you can downgrade to a lower rental or cancel the plan. However, you will be required to pay an early exit charge that is equivalent to 1 month of your monthly rental charges in addition to any other relevant charges to your usage if applicable.
