Any roaming charges incurred in the month might be reflected only in the next bill. So, you might receive a final bill after paying the exit charges and cancelling your account.

The final bill can be paid with your Account ID using Quick Pay on our website or My Etisalat UAE app or by calling 101.

You can apply for a new connection with the same number within 1 year from the cancelled date by visiting the nearest Etisalat store.
