Data allowance:

A fair usage data cap will apply, where you can use your plan data allowance up to 40GB at full speed. Afterwards, you will be able to use the data at 128Kbps with our eligible roaming partners

Minutes allowance:

A fair usage minutes cap will apply , where you can use your outgoing roaming minutes allowance up to 3000 minutes and you will get an extra 500 minutes for incoming roaming calls.

Example1: in Emirati Freedom 1500 Plan, you can use 40GB Data roaming  at full speed, 3000 minutes for outgoing calls while roaming and 500 minutes for receiving calls while roaming Globally.

Example2: in Emirati Freedom 250 Plan, you can use 20GB Data Roaming , 1000 local minutes for outgoing roaming calls and you can receive 500 minutes while roaming in GCC countries

With Emirati Freedom plans, you will get priority treatment at all e& stores and on calls made to our customer care centre.
