• Access to events for select monthly winners (e.g. free Motiongate theme park Day Tickets)
• Free giveaways for select monthly winners (e.g. Sharaf DG Cash Voucher worth AED 500, STARZPLAY - 12 Months Subscription worth AED 319 or IKEA Cash Voucher worth AED 500 ). Content Pass events and giveaway prizes change every month.

We will add or remove subscription offers within each pass from time to time based on the deals with our partners. Offers will be subject to Partner T&Cs.

You can still avail the partner subscription offer with Content Pass by:

• Signing up with a different email/ user ID, or
• Cancelling your active subscription and signing up with the same email/ user ID via Content Pass after the current subscription expires

To redeem, you’ll have to generate a unique promo code from My Etisalat UAE app, or Etisalat Self-care portal (www.etisalat.ae/online) and apply it at checkout when purchasing the device, or accessory from the Etisalat by e& website.

Note that:

• You can generate only one promo code per pass per month. Once you have generated the promo code, it will be valid till the end of that month
• You may use the AED 100 discount on a purchase with upfront payment, or Smartpay. In case of Smartpay, the discount will apply on your first instalment, which if lower than AED 100, will be the maximum discount you can avail.
  

To participate, just tap or click ‘Enter Raffle’ on My Etisalat UAE app and Etisalat Self-care portal (www.etisalat.ae/online) respectively.

Raffle details will be updated on the app and website every month.

When you deactivate your free Content Pass subscription, your dedicated data and active content subscriptions will stay till end of validity. You will not be able to reactivate to the same pass during this period.

All product benefits associated with the pass will be deactivated at month end. Benefits, including partner service subscription, device discount and raffle entries which are not used before deactivation, will no longer be available after deactivation.

Your Content Pass will only be migrated if you move to a different Freedom Live plan. Switching to another postpaid plan (New Freedom or Freedom) or to a prepaid plan will see your Content Pass(es) removed.

Yes, but only to the following month. Also, only a maximum of 50% of the original plan’s data can be carried over.

These vouchers give you discounts on shopping, dining, wellness and travel. To start redeeming, you just need to download the ‘Smiles UAE’ app and register with your mobile number.

You can enjoy Etisalat by e&’s public Wi-Fi at more than 350 locations including shopping malls across the UAE. Simply

• Make sure your Wi-Fi connection is turned on
• Connect to ‘UAE Wi-Fi by Etisalat’
• Follow the steps to sign up (if you are a first-time user)

If your postpaid plan is eligible for the free benefit, you will receive 2 free Smiles vouchers on the 1^st day of every month.

To view & redeem the free smiles vouchers, you need to do the following,

• Open GoChat App > go Discover menu > select the Smiles section
• In the Smiles section, go to the My Voucher tab to view the available free smiles vouchers’
• Present the voucher at the merchant or store to redeem it.
