During the 24-month commitment period, you cannot migrate to other postpaid plans, migrate to prepaid plans, port out to other operators, or transfer ownership (right of use) to other customers.

After the completion of the 24-month commitment period, you are allowed to migrate to any other plan, migrate to prepaid, or transfer ownership (right of use) of the line.

Yes, you can cancel your New Freedom Gold Data Plan 500 subscription, but an early exit fee equal to one month's rental fee of the plan as well as any other applicable usage charges, needs to be paid. Also, the Gold number will be disconnected.

You can make unlimited calls to mobile or fixed non-premium numbers in the UAE or selected international countries with the eligible New Freedom plans (325 and above). Just choose a plan based on your requirements and enjoy complete freedom from calling limits. For unlimited calls to one preferred country, you will be able to change the preferred country once in a month.

Please note that premium numbers such as charged 600 IVRs aren’t included in these plans.
